This Privacy Policy explains what information PerSF.ai ("we," "us") collects from visitors and clients, how it's used, and who it's shared with. It applies to persf.ai and the client portal.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide through our contact form or directly: name, email, phone, company name, and details about your lease portfolio.
• Account information for portal access: email address and login credentials.
• Lease and property information you or your advisor enters into your dashboard — this may include rent amounts, dates, contact details for landlords or brokers, and related lease terms.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data (such as browser type) collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.

How we use this information

• To provide the lease portfolio advisory service and maintain your dashboard.
• To communicate with you about your account, renewals, deadlines, and the service generally.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To improve and maintain the service.

How lease data is processed

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to help extract and structure lease terms from documents provided by you or your advisor. In the course of that process, document content may be sent to Anthropic's API. This structured data is then stored in our database (Supabase). We do not use your data to train AI models.

Who we share information with

We share information with the service providers ("sub-processors") that power the platform, and with no one else for marketing or advertising purposes:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI-assisted document processing.
• Netlify — website hosting.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for a limited period to allow reactivation, after which it is deleted upon request.

You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion at any time by contacting asilvermanj@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at or intended for individuals under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do.
